Pub meet and rover showing Saturday Feb 19th.

#1 Post by island dormy » Mon Feb 14, 2011 6:16 pm

Saturday Febuary 19th 1:30pm at The Smugglers Cove Pub and Beer store. 2581 Penrhyn St Victoria BC. Go down Mackenzie towards the ocean Past the University.Turn left onto Cardobo Bay Rd. It is about 2 blocks in. I think there was extra parking around the back last time we were there.
Come for lunch or coffee. Afterwords Matt Mepham is going to give us a tour of his almost completed 88.
We will try and bring Franko seats down with us to the Pub.
See you all there. Victor

Victor, I forgot my Van Isle Network password. Can you put this notice on the Network page so that we get a wider distribution. Will see you all there.
May be a little late as I'm walking my friends dog as he is out to sea.
All the best

Well? Victor and I are planning on being there. If the 109 breaks down on the Malahat we might be delayed, otherwise count on us being there with the seats. That being said, if you are up in the Duncan area, I'd prefer you picked them up as it would give me more flexibility on what I drive to Victoria on Saturday; two gallons of gas is a lot cheaper than 4 gallons of gas but if there's snow, I'll be taking the 109 anyway.

Well I know for sure that I wont be able to make it up this weekend so if you can bring them down that would be great.
Thanks a million.
