Free Wheeling Hubs question
I'm putting my front axle together and am wondering if I need to oil the Warn Free wheeling hubs at all. I cleaned it out got it working again but does it need anything else?

Re: Free Wheeling Hubs question
You need to grease the entire unit for it to work smoothly or it will rust and seize.

Thanks, do I just use general purpose grease or do I need something specific?

Re: Free Wheeling Hubs question
For my hubs I will use Princess Autos Krazy Grease which comes in a jar or tube. We sell loads of the stuff especially for those putting their trailers in the water. In past I found other greases tend to almost clog up the up making it very difficult to engage and disengage,
