Underwater?

All you folks in the Cowichan Valley got your Snorkel fitted?. Hear there is a lot of flooding. Hope you are all okay up there.

For all of you who have had the pleasure of attending the last 2 years Island Rover Rally this may be of interest, you might recognize the turn off from the highway to the event grounds.
