Shucks guys, its just all your trucks looking so good... Hard not to come up with a good lookin poster when the content is so appealing.

I'll be getting some 11 x 17 copies printed to post around the valley. They'll arrive down there somewhere between Christimas and New Years... details to follow.

Where's the snowflake going to be? I'm pondering ferry routes back to the island - should I be thinking north or south?

I was looking forward to another Founders Day, then realized some idiot volunteered me to work on the 20th. Now why would I have done that? (Other than the overtime of course.) Sometimes it would be nice to take less than 4 hours to get to Vancouver.

As per usual I’m working on the weekend, one of these years I’ll figure out a way to come down for Founders day.

The snow is thick in Whistler and Pemberton right now. The last time I drove through Squamish everything looked well covered but it’s been warmer and raining since.

Snowflake Chase

#12 Post by bclandrover » Sat Dec 30, 2006 10:09 pm

Hi Guys,

The Snowflake Chase will DEPART from Chevron in Squamish at 10AM sharp.

The Chevron is on the right at Garibaldi Way heading north on Highway 99.

Depending on the group we could go mild or wild or both.

Later,
Don

Anyone out there with a disco going to show it?
Do we just show up and pay the 10 bucks and park it inside?
Is this a dog friendly event, in other words can i bring ace?

Cheers
Andrew

A few thing about dogs, have them leashed at all times, clean up after them, and be prepared to put them back in the truck if they misbehave... but otherwise dogs are always welcome.

If you are a Member, Could you please keep you Dogs in your truck while the AGM part of the evening is taking place, the area is a little confined and i am sure we dont need the distraction of a dog at the meeting. thanks. Rick.M. Secretary.

Stacey and I can help out, we should be finished the ice breaker out rigger race well before 5pm, so if we can help out we plan to be there at 5pm sharp.
Stacey and I will show our disco with Ace the dog hanging out.

Cheers

HI Andrew,

The original plan was to set-up tables in rectangle on top of some sort of raised platform.

Later,
Don

I have a Land Rover or Rover Landers banner & a projection screen that belong to the club. I will bring them tomorrow, I will need someone else to take over the storage of these 2 items.
