Food and Drink will be supplied by the fairgrounds concession. We need to support the concession or the club will have to pay $300, just for them to be there!!!!!
All those attending the AGM should show up at 4:30 in order to have their truck parked and be ready for the meeting at 5PM!!!
Volunteers will be contact via email with the schedule shortly.
