Just an advance notice to mark January 21, 2006 on your calendar.

This is the day of our annual Founder's Day indoor truck show, and our Annual General Meeting.

We will hold the AGM at 6:00 pm before the events of the evening take place.

It should be noted that at the last meeting Andrew Phillips informed us he is resigning as Vice-President for the coming year, due to work and family constraints. This position and for that matter all club executive positions are open to nominations. If you are member and would like to nominate another member for any position, please send me an email so I can add the name to the agenda. Nominations will also be taken on the evening of the AGM.

See you there!

Dave

Volunteers will be needed. Also, please note our new venue for this year... The Show Barn, just south of the Agriplex.

thanks, Dave

Swap Meet? When's that? At Founder's Day, of course. the doors open at 4 pm if you want to come in and set up, or you're an early bird shopper.

I've had several people ask if they can bring parts with them to Founder's Day. This has always been OK, but we never promoted it. But it's only going to be as good as you make it.

So this year, bring all your spare parts and send them to new homes. I went out to the shed and come up with a load of items which I'll bring along next week.

Swap meet space is free beside your truck, or if you want a table, we can rent them from the rodeo.

Who's got stuff they don't need anymore?

Thanks Greg, for the follow-up.

Colin, can you please send me an email? Your address on the forum is out of date and everyone who sends you an email or personal message, it gets bounced back.

thanks, Dave
