I was out in Shaun, my 1959 Series II this afternoon and happen to drive by MCL. A little rubbernecking and I realized I had just seen my first new Defender. So around the block and into the alley. It turns out that this Euro-spec Defender was brought in for the Vancouver International Auto Show which didn't happen. So MCL isn't displaying it they are just storing it for Land Rover......on Burrard Street
61 years difference in age. Which one would you choose?

Maybe we should park a late model defender beside it, and compare
compare the new Defender (where you can talk and text while driving) to the old defender(and series) where you actually have to drive them,to :bounce: thinking.

And then we hear someone say... "I like the color of the new Ford Explorer that is parked next to that old Land Cruiser!"

Once the new Defender raises the air suspension to off-road height they would be very close to the same height.
I don't see too many parts from the same parts bin ..... maybe the green oval badge?
