Defender 150?

Spotted one of these, (not a photo below of the actual one spotted) in black, yesterday driving on No. 6 road and Cambie in Richmond. Never saw one of these before.
It's a "157" and the owner has said it's a factory 6-door, but I have never seen any evidence that LR themselves ever made a 6-door. It was likely built by Foley or someone similar and dressed up in the ever-popular Spectre style by the current owner.
