R380 Clutch bleed..

Lost clutch pressure at pedal a couple weeks back, managed to limp home.
Bought a new OEM slave, and installed it no problem. But now I’m having a devil of a time getting it bled and back up to pressure on the pedal. I am getting pedal return to normal position, but not building up pressure.
I tried to reverse bleed it by myself first off (in the manner described in “trailfitters toolbox” YouTube video), that didn’t work as I was not able to get decent pressure with my pump set up. Then I tried a normal 2 person bleed with the help of a friend, deffo got a bunch of air out, but still no pressure. And I have tried gravity bleeding it for an hour, but no change in reservoir.
Any other tricks or tips?? I could really do with getting this back on the road!

Make sure you have the bleed nipple on top. Park uphill so that it is higher than the other end and bleed. Pressure bleeding is the easiest.

If that still is a problem talk e it out and hang it from the hose. Bleed while hanging.

The bleed nipple is on top and the front end is raised.
My neighbour dropped off a vacuum bleeder last night, so I’ll give that a go today. Fingers crossed!

15 minutes later and I was all set.
Nice to be back on the road again.
