109 frames already in BC? Or Alberta?

Anyone have one a serviceable used and/or new 109 frame already landed in BC or Alberta that is surplus to their needs?

I know Alan Simpson has a 109" galvanized frame that has never been used but a few years old.
He is hard to get hold of due to Highway 8 still being closed and no phone service.
