Throttle Adjustment screw for Zenith carb

I have a 1965 Series 2A with looks like the original Zenith carb. Somehow while I was driving the Throttle Adjustment screw popped off and
starting stalling when I decelerating. I am in Black Creek. Anyone know how I might get hold of a replacement?
