The Rover-Landers of BC

Hi, I didn't see a specific topic for folks to introduce themselves so thought I would make a post here. My name is Shawn and I live in Parksville. I am currently restoring #34300740A with Alan Simpson. I am hoping to have it drivable by next summer but it has been a long haul of restoration so far. I look forward to attending a meetup sometime. Here is a picture of my truck. If anyone is interested in update pictures of the progress I would be happy to post. I have a couple videos of it on YouTube (you can search Shawn Boven to find).

Since your up in Parksville you might want to check out a landrover coffee meet today at Cafe 356 1025 Lee road, I am not sure who's coming it was kind of late notice for the meet.
Sorry I cant make it this time.

The local Rover group will likely do a Lunch meet at the "Crow and Gate" in September sometime Ill post the details on here once we pick a date.

I own 3430800a (Dormobile) fully restored, so I know what your going through with the NADA restoration, engine parts are kind of hard to find.
I really should get on with selling it its been finished for over 2 years now.
If you want some inspiration your welcome to come by and take a look I'm in Duncan.
