it is worth looking into - there is a similar but much larger and quite expensive unit that is available for class 8 diesels - that uses what appears to be a similar process and does work - not a 30% fuel saving but worthwhile savings none the less

would be interested in seeing some test results from a legitimate testing agency

Seems there are opinions on both sides of the argument about whether this is a true technology or just quack science.

My old Pappy used ta say... if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. although many of the conveniences we take for granted today once sounded too good to be true.
