Do you need to replace the same skins back on ?
If not run a grinder around the edges until you break through the fold of the 2 layers.
If you do need to replace the same skins back on be very careful to unfold the lip gentley.
I'm in Abbotsford let me know if you need help?

There is a Vice Grip that has a pair of blades as jaws, it should be easy to open the bend over. There is a 5 door in the vancouver area that had the door frames galvenized and it had the skins off and back on.,take your time and do it!!. rick.m

thanks guys for your advice... the skins came off easily and went back on without any trouble. A little corrosion along the bottom rail caused a crack on one at the bottom of one door but not visible.
