Happy New Year everyone!
I am new here so let me introduce myself. My name is Eric ,23 and i have been the proud owner of a 2000 p38 4.6 Rhino edition for about 3 months now. I'm looking to join the club even though I dont think i have heard any mention of a p38 around here ... I've been lurking (dont say you haven't cause everyone does it!)

Hi Eric and welcome and yes not many p38's in the club yet but it would be great to have you on board and may be show us what the p38's are truely capable of (I'm not saying they are not capable) just would like to see you join us on the trails and at the meetings and even founders day in a couple of weeks.

Welcome, Eric.
There are a couple of club members with P38s, including Stuart and Alastair, however, so far they haven't seen much trail work.

Thanks guys!
I am really looking forward to any events that will be happening BUT I think I have a front diff problem that showed up today that needs attending to before any kind of driving happens :( .
About a month ago I drove over a tree doing about 80 km/hr that was across the road on sumas way in abbotsford so that could be a contributor. Everything was fine except the front lip of the truck which was slightly cracked. Now its just wheel speed squeaking
Thus I guess I need to stay out of the local mud pit for the time being and off to the shop we go. I will keep you all posted.

Well Eric 23 and Steve 24, I'm Bill 47(yikes) also from Tsawwassen. You guys have to get out to Founder's day in Cloverdale in a couple of weeks. A fun filled evening of tire-kicking and bullshitting. There are a couple of other Tsawassenites (otherwise known as people from the "Swa") driving Landrovers of interest, my old white Nas 90 is still lurking in the neighbourhood and Gary with his posh 88 down on the point are a couple that come to mind. Perhaps we can have a big contingent out from Tsawwassen. :D

Now that none of us have to call live links  i seem to recall seeing one house with half of one rover and another complete on 53a. Also a house on either braid or enderby with a really impressive 110 (i think) could have been a 109. I was and still am envious, anyways I'm in the grove too so if anyone wants to meet up at bunkers mud pit (garbage dump) on saturday my truck should be done. It's just a seal for the front diff ... so far.

Welcome Eric,
You will really enjoy your P38 both on and off the road. We had one at the Island Event "Lagger" in June and no one was more impressed than the owner.
Buttercup and I are down in California having some fun.
Here is a picture of her at last springs PCRC run.

So yes they go off-road and get dirty.....

Hey Bill
I called my mechanic today and my truck will not be done until Monday because I somehow broke the front U-Joint along with the front diff seal. Then I am off to visit the wonderful people at air-care. I will have some time after that.
Eric
I wonder if this had anything to do with the breakage :
