The Portland ABFM this year is Sept 4-7 at the Portland International Speedway. The Pacific Coast Rover Club is one of the major sponsors of the event and there are usually 100's of Land Rover showing up from all over the Pacific Northwest.

There is camping on-site, drag racing and vintage racing on the track all weekend and lots to see and do.
The show is Saturday followed by a great BBQ and prize giving. Sunday you have your choice of the swap meet, always lots of treasures, or heading out on a excursion organized by members of PCRC.
Monday is vintage car racing but I have usually headed on by that time and exploring the backroads of Washington State.
I have registered and committed and will be heading down on Friday and camping on the grounds. The cost is only $35 for the event and $16 for the BBQ. If you register by August 15, you get an assigned spot, dash plaque and a chance to get a picture of your vehicle in the souvenir program.
Let me know if anyone else is heading down or if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. This is fun and definitely family.
Have a look in the past years photo's albums (especially 2006) and see what fun you will be having.
Hopefully see you there!
