The Rover-Landers of BC

Hello,

Could anyone recommend a mechanic in the victoria area that has experience working on series 1 LR's ?
I have a 1955 swb that I hope to get running,its been sitting a couple years and I cant get it to start now.
If there are any working mechanics or Series 1 enthusiasts in Vic,I really need the help and would be more than happy to pay for your time..

I'm by no means a mechanic but I have kept three series Landrovers running over the last 15 years. I have owned a series one so i am familiar with the 2.0L engine as well as the 2.25L. Currently I'm restoring a 1967 Series 2a 88"and always like a chance to wrench on a Landy.

Hi There

There is a mechanic in Vic that i use for my series 2 109, and is really good. His name is Matt and his shop is called Bristol Motors. He works on all kinds of Vintage viehicles.
