The Rover-Landers of BC

After putting up with the 3's for a while now I decided I better get off my butt & check things out with the faultmate as were diving around on sheet ice at present.

Yup.... got the intermittant code 11.4 for the Shuttle Valve Switches. So, will be pulling the cover off this weekend to do the hardwire jobby as per this linky :

Fianlly got round to sorting this out today. Hardest park was getting the 3 cap screws out the bottom of the modulator. They must have been glued in with a pint of thread lock on each.... about killed my fingers :(

I connected the 'earth' into the actual loom instead of using the bolt as per the text. Thought it made for a more professional finish to the job.

Will see now if the amigo's are banished for good :D

did mine back in aug before he did that writeup. also shorted out the relay to run the pump.. using a switch,wire and 2 spade ends.. no little buggers with funny hats since...

piss on spending a couple grand on a new abs mod.
