The Rover-Landers of BC

This is not a Rover-Landers official event but rather a Family friendly camping weekend with a day of off-roading thrown in.

I have been asked to post this on behalf of Andrea and Barry Newton. They have arranged a group camping rate of 15 dollars per night per person for the nights of July 8th and 9th at Paradise Valley Campground just North of Squamish.

Among other things planned for the weekend is a Saturday Run up to Hut Lake.

A much abbreviated day trip saw four Land rovers head up to Hut Lake Sunday. Stayed at the lake for several hours. Lots of paddling and swiming. Kids had a blast, water was warm. Bent a bumper and crunched a fender on the way out, Whoops!! :) I'll try to get some pictures to post.
