how to remove p38 tail lamp housing (outer)

Anyone have a link or instruction or picture file that shows how i can remove outer lamp housing? I have a crack and it leaks water after a car wash, I need to replace it. First time doing this. I dont want to mess up removing parts from the trunk side carpet area.
