The Rover-Landers of BC

Okay question: There is an o-ring at the trans end of the trans cooler hard lines that I need. 1 for each connection and there are 2 connections. Also the o ring where the power steering high pressure line goes into the box. Will a regular O-ring will work or does it have to be a special LR part. The old ones are flat not round so I wonder if they need to be like that or dose it matter.

any o-ring will do as long as its same size and
with time all o-rings will turn flat so no worries
