hoopset

has anyone out there made their own hoopset ? or made a roll bar that takes place of the hoopset ? thanks troy
I've made a couple of sets, but you can't find the exact same thickness of galvanized metal tube. I used 1" electrical conduit in its place. The pieces over and behind the front door windows were fairly easy for a sheet metal shop to copy. I just took a set of originals in and I think my entire bill was $50 for both doors, although that was 8-9 years ago so the price will undoubtedly be higher now.
