I have a free day for a nice drive
Has anyone done that run from Squamish to the north end of Indian Arm. is this an day run and is it much fun or at least interesting?
Going west it been a few years since I gone up into the Ashlu valley, In fact not since the damn was put in - is it still a good trip and is it actively being logged and any suggestion for a good few hour trip.

As far as I remember a few years back they put up some "keep out" signs and when that didn't work they pulled a bridge out.
I haven't been up there for a couple of years so things may of changed. We did do a couple of club runs to Norton lake, its a nice drive if its possible.
Best thing I find for local runs is to grab a Back Roads Mapbook of SW BC and just pick an area and explore. When you find some cool runs highlight them in your mapbook....
Cheers, Andy

Hey Jake,
I was up at the Wigwam last weekend and got thinking about that trip from Squamish. If you want to try it sometime please keep me in mind.
I am off to Arizona to do a run with the club down there, then to Sedona, the Land Rover National Rally in Moab and points inbetween. I will be back in about a month.
