The Rover-Landers of BC

I'm installing new cats on my Disco 2 within the month. I've heard varying stories regarding what my old cats are worth. I've been told the stock Disco cats have very precious metals and can be worth up to $250.00 for the pair. calling around town I've heard anything from $20.00 to $80.00 depending on condition. Anyone have experience with this. I've called three different salvage yards.

I love my D2!

Just took 2 D1 cats in last week in good shape, all they would pay is $25 ea. After talking with another member he said he got a lot more so went back they said metal prices are not back to what they were, got another pair but can wait till the prices go up again. The time before I got $75 each.

I took some old D1 cats to AMIX last month, and they gave me $190 for the pair.
