The Rover-Landers of BC

I got glimpses of two interesting Land Rovers in the last week here in Parksville...

First one was a dark green Hicap defender 110 cruising down the main drag - nice looking truck.

Second was a light (white?) series SWB going topless down Parksville beach - it was dark and I was at a distance so I couldn't see if it was a Series 2 or 3 - might have been Matt from Victoria.

Was wondering if anyone knows if these are local guys - I've just moved here and never seen them around before but would be good to know if there's any other Landy owners in the area.

I'm guessing that the Green one is Rob's from Ladysmith.

One of these might have been me, I was in Parksville on Friday with my 130 dumper... didn't see any series trucks but noticed a couple of nice Disco 2s around town.

Nice one Rob - very nice looking 130 (only got a quick glimpse and mistook it for a 110!)

I've also seen a yellow truck cab D90 around here from time to time but you're right not many series landys around...
