R380 transmission?

Im looking at putting in a 200 or 300tdi in my truck in the spring or summer next year. The 2.5 na is just too slow and noisy on the freeway for me and i want to drive it to Moab.

I could put this 300tdi on my lt77, but if I got an r380 I might be more pleased.
