If you have plans I can build you a set, as long as you aren't in a rush. If you are in a rush I know a guy.

Here are the plans the holes match the pre-existing holes, I may have to pull the plastic to get the measurements.

I recommend Darin at Balmer Fab in Abbotsford who did my sliders (same bolt-on design):

Re: Sliders for a Discovery II
So that inside piece doesn't match with any north american box section so would have to bent up on a big press brake or welded from 3 pieces (really should be done on a press). I don't have a press big enough for that, but could fab it with the welder and some bigger box section.
The other challenge is the curve on the outside piece. I can't tell weather that is gentle curve or just a bend in the middle. If its a curve I'd need a ring roller big enough to do 3" x 2" box section, which I don't have. If it's a bend I could just heat the box where the bend happens.
I can do it, but with the tools I have it's going to be kind of expensive. Send me a PM if interested. I have a friend that builds all kind of stuff mostly for toyotas and dodges. I sent him a link to this post to see if he is interested.
