110 defender

Hi, just saw a 110 defender kitted out on hastings by the PNE. blue with bold graffics down the side and foreign license plates( Yellow ) .
yeah I say this truck on cambie street the same week.
as well as a military 109 at the same place.
BTW who owns the military 109 parked outside Vancouver general hospital's emergency department every day?
