Clean sun visors

This post reminds me of a friend in England who covered his dirty sun visors with a pair of thin green cotton socks... he was very proud of the look and even boasted that he could slip his sunglasses inside the sock opening to keep them safe when not in use!

Anyhow... It may be enough just to take them off and give them a good scrub in the sink with hot water and soap.
Failing that I would suggest some thinners or white spirits.

If that still doesn't work I have some old socks here some where ....

you could also try Mr Clean Magic Eraser [ household cleaning pads ] . check out the household cleaning supplies in any large grocery store . they should have them . they worked pretty well on my visors using just h20 . gb

I cleaned mine in the sink with soap and water using a soft scrubbing brush. Cleaned up very well.
