Submiting Photo Album

I am inquiring how one submits a photo album to be posted with the local runs.

Unfortunately we cannot add ourselves, but must go through Bill...although he does d a quick turnaround.

I usually size them to around 1024 across and save them as a jpeg. Works out to around 200-300Kb per image.
