The latest idea from Solihul... The Evoque convertible unveiled in Geneva this week as a concept which I hope it stays as.

Normally a convertible version looks very smart but I don't think it worked in this case. It's really hard to beat a Series I with the roof off on a sunny day and they haven't done it with this.

I agree any Series one truck looks better topless, but I gotta admit, I am glad there is some sort of a convertible in the lineup.
And as a fun little AWD sports-car, I think it looks OK.
I don't think of the Evoque as a truck, but if I shift my mental perspective into "OK, Land Rover now has expanded their line to include a car too", then I am OK with it.
