Windshield wipers

I have just ordered and installed front and rear windshield wipers from the Atlantic British website, and I am having some fitment problems: the RH blade is half off the windshield and the LH blade's last two inches come off the 'screen.

Anyone experienced this before.

BTW it is a 2000 Disco II

I know this isn't really helpful, but I got mine through Lordco and they fit fine. the back one doesn't clip on well, but stays on due to spring pressure.

Hi,
If you are sure you have fit them correctly then maybe they sent you the wrong part numbers? Rovers North have a conversion kit that converts a D2 to be able to fit D1 parts so its easy for them to get mixed up with different parts! Are your new parts still marked with the part numbers?

Problem not solved. Installation seemed really easy, but I checked out the installation instructions both online at Brit-Atlant and in my manual. Appears to be a simple "click-into-place" for both front and rear.

Nevertheless, the top three inches of the rear wiper are not making contact with the windshield, the end two inches of the FLH wiper do not make contact (but this contact patch is covered by the FRH wiper) and the worst is the FRH wiper only has the lower half making contact with the screen.

I cannot see any way of adjusting these wipers.
