Bad U-joint, bad bearing. Sounds like a U-joint. Pull the driveshaft and check the U-joints for play and binding.

Red 90 is probably right. One other possibility speaking from experience, is that the retaining screws that hold the shaft brake drum on, have slightly backed off thereby preventing the forward u-joint yoke/flange assembly from being properly tightened down. This problem was difficult to spot because even though I'd checked the tightness of the flange nuts they would not show as loose until the shaft was rotated by hand with the rear wheels of the ground.
