Any recommended L R mechanics and body men in the Duncan area ?

Hello and welcome! I had success with Beddis Road garage on Saltspring with a series 3 rover years ago and for bodywork I had success with Richard Maracambi (though I don't know if he is still doing that sort of work.. it was a few years ago when I had the work done there).

These days if I have trouble with my Disco 2 that stumps me I go to Mark's Import Auto in Nanaimo. If you are looking for awesome bodywork (expensive but good work) I recommend Little Valley Restorations in Ladysmith (near the airport).
