Any body interested in having a hands on learning experience in swaping a borgwarner out and a LT230 transfer case into my 1993 Rangie this Saterday as a helping hand would be appreciated?

Tranny swap....
Hi Andrew,
Sorry, I would love to help but family duties have me all booked up!
It would be great if you could take some photos thru-out, I would like to see how it all turns out.
Good luck,
Andy :D

Yeah
Well many thanks to Ted, Dave and Jerry for all their assistance on saterday as we were able to remove the borgwarner and bolt the LT230 into place before I had to end thier for the day.
Sunday I flew solo and after about another 4 hours I managed to bolt it up into the chassis and reconect the exhaust and refit the drive shafts .
I then climbedinthe cab and fitted the shifter and started her up and oh my god an aray of alarms sounded including the alarm going wild so I drove it home and sorted one alarm out and removed the solenoid so I could shift from low to high and vicy versa. Then after an hour of scratching my head over the alarm I entered the stereo code just for the hell of it and walla no more anouying alarm.
Transfer case fitted and working.
Not so hard now Ive done it once and no more viscous coupling (yeah)
Now time to sleep
