heading to Enderby.

#1 Post by franko » Fri Jan 10, 2014 11:47 am

Hi guys,
Wife kid and I are heading to her parents place in Enderby next week from the island.
Wondering if anyone from that area knows of any cool trails near by for some exploring in the snow.
would be fun to get off road for a drive while we are there.

Thanks

Don't know the local 'trails' around Enderby, best bet is to check out the Back Roads map book..... just be aware that any FSR that's not got active logging on it will be well deep in snow. Bring chains !

Give Dave B or Pamela a shout, they live near by Enderby and have explored all the local runs in the area.

Everything interesting is under feet or meters of snow at the moment. Down in the valley is snow-free, but nearly all the off-roading is elevated to over 3000 feet, so you're fighting the snow pack and the snowmobilers who don't want trucks on their groomed trails.
