Irish Rovers
Just came back from a 2 week trip in Ireland... saw lots of newer Discos, LRs and Range Rovers in Dublin (almost all diesel... would love one of those for a daily driver) and as we moved off into the west country the Defenders started popping-up. Only saw a couple of series trucks (3's) and 2 RRCs... seems like to old rovers aren't on the roads much in Ireland these days. Stopped into a couple of Land Rover dealerships looking for parts for my P38 and 200tdi but sadly the shelves were bare. Here's a link to a few pics of Defenders spotted on the journey: https://www.flickr.com/photos/green_rov ... 972460575/
Cheers, Rob

Re: Irish Rovers
Nice pics, thanks!
Surprised at the lack of parts. My 1997 Disco hasn't seen a main dealer in a L O N G time but they are still good at getting even small, finicky parts with 24 hrs notice.

Re: Irish Rovers
My favorite "Irish" rover. I spent 2 months in Ireland when I was younger, my favorite beer on my favorite truck.

I KNEW this thread was going to get jacked  just couldn't resist the play on words in the title.
