Nice Frame!
I cold galvinized my firewall 3 years ago and it seams to be holding up well. I would recomend it as a solution to the rust that tends to happen there...
Looking forward to the updates!

Industrial Galvanizing here in Calgary. This is the fourth frame over the last 20 years that I have had done there, they do good work. It was $345 including my winch bumper, skid plates and other small parts. I have a bulkhead that they did about 5 or ten years ago that we never used, I will now be using it. I don't know if the alum body work is going to look as good but the steel should be nice and rust free for years to come :D
