What size lug nuts does your rover have, and are they all the same? I may have one for the 15/16ths size. That is the older original double ended style.

1 1/16" or 27mm, it's the same size.
Common for commercial vehicles, try a tire shop or commercial truck dealer. Failing that, go to a swap meat and pick through a box of old used sockets and then buy a "breaker bar" from Canadian Tire next time they're on sale.
