"Isolation" 4 Day Off-Road Adventure July 11th-14th

We will be having an off-road Land Rover adventure, 4 days (3 nights) Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue. Note- there will be a 3 day (2 night) option for those who can not stay out on the Tuesday, but this will involve a long day of driving home on Monday afternoon.
This will be in the South Chilcotin Area, just north of Lilloett. Be prepared for wilderness camping, you will have to bring everything you need for the trip. Mainly light off-road but this is the wilderness so its always likely have a few sections that will be a little more challenging due to erosion and weather. As always expect some overgrown trails that may cause some light scratching.

Drivers to be Rover-Landers Members only. More information, including the full 4 day agenda coming soon and will be posted in the "members only" section of the forum.
Mark the dates and get those Land Rovers ready,

Cheers
Andy

Andy,

Please count me in. I may only be able to make it a 3 day outing. My company has scheduled an important all day Webex conference on Tuesday, July 14th, This means I will need to head home on Monday. I will know for sure next week on my final plans.

A great 4 day adventure, awesome group of Rover-Landers who came together when the going got tough (and there was a few challenges along the way!). We conquered mud bogs, snowy mountain roads, massive hill climbs, crawled through canyons, crossed swollen rivers and cut dozens of trees that had fallen across the trail. Then just when we thought we were done, Mother Nature came up with a 10ft deep mud slide full of rocks and trees!
The 4 days almost turned into 4 1/2 days with most of us arriving home late on Tuesday evening, but certainly a trip to remember 8)
Here are a few photos, more will be posted in the Rover-Landers Gallery as the days go on......

Well the P38 is dissapointed it didn't get to test its mettle. I guess there will be other chances. After Andy's jury rig repair I did manage to drive back to Chilliwack without issue. Did see some nice scenery along the way. Thanks for all the great photos and videos. At least I get to participate in a way.

Thanks. I hope so. I was a little worried as just moving around the 5 mounted tires seem so heavy. Debating about drilling out the sidewalls to make them “lighter”.😉
