109 3 door tub wanted

Looking for bits and pieces, any 109 stuff laying around?
Would be interested in a 3 door tub and or a tray back rear bulkhead (transom), or alternatively a really messed up 88 or 109 tub I could cut up to make a Tray back rear Bulkhead

Next resto is a 88” that has a bad chassis, I have a 109 chassis I was going to modify to work as a 88 chassis but the differences are many and I would rather build a long wheelbase than f#*k around for ages making a bastardized chassis.

Any thoughts on making a 109 that is an 88 on paper, do any problems or Concerns arise?


Also on the look out for any rotting chassis bulkheads or any other parts destined for the scrapper... I like fixing things and even the most nasty rotten parts have good bits.

Not local by any means, but there’s one on Kijiji in Okotoks Alberta. Doesn’t look too bad but isn’t perfect either.

Or keep looking for an 88” frame that is repairable to build the project on. Would save a lot of hassle over having to get all the 109” body parts, rear axle, springs, driveshafts etc you would need to reassemble the 88 onto the 109 chassis. If you really want to proceed down this road then don’t let this stop you.
