CDL Transfer Case LT230

Hello,
I'm after a transfer case with CDL to swap into my 03 D2 with Serial Number 70D, which does not have one or the internals to adapt the shifter to.
If I can get one from a defender with the 1.4 ratio, even better...

Please let me know if you can help. Have only been able to find one on car-part, and they want about $1k for it which I think is a bit ridiculous.
