Help identifying part exmod 110

I found a couple parts in the back of my exmod 110 project. Can anyone help identify what it’s for?

Do you have a better photo that gives it more context?

Looks like a flag staff mount???

I have this part , it is the lower mount for the antenna mast. I could post a picture if you like

Here are the pics of my MOD antaenna mast. The little piece at the bottom threads into the mast when installed to hold it in place. Cheers Robin
