Its a good event and well worth doing with north Cowichan-Duncan increasing fees at the local dump (Bings creek) the problem is growing.
I have helped twice its fun we filled 2 huge dumpsters with trash and metal the local salvage company supplied them free of charge and picked them up when full.
There was also a great barbeque afterwards for the volunteers.
It has not officially happened for many years.
I would come help again if i could get a ride. Just spent a whole day cleaning the dormy after this weekends run, I'm not going to do that again. Dust dust dust.
