Series roof racks and jerry cans?
Just wondering if there are any good recomendations for Series roof racks?
Was also wondering about this pic, and where the owner got the jerry cans from? I've been looking at those sceptor plastic military jerry cans, but have not found any decent ones.
I was wondering if anyone had a lead on them locally, either the sceptor plastic jerry cans, or the wedco ones.
Thanks

Roof Rack
The roof rack is Greg Porters you can email him at www.gregporterdesigns.com and ask him about it. The picture is of Dave Blair on the Mackenzie Trail trip. It is a great rack.
I love the Sceptre can and you can buy them new from Great Canadian Expedition Company in Edmonton. I have a few and a nice holder to attach to my rack. Tim can be reached at T: +1 877 412 2988 T: +1 780 628 4486.
Whatever you do remember simple is better.

pic,s of the macKenzie trail trip
Dave. I clicked on your WWW at the bottom of one of your recent posts . early sat am, about 4:30. and read down the letter you wrote after the last MacKenzie Trail trip. I cant thank you enough. to know the members who were with you, and to live through what you went through, as i recover from this kidney removal was a great adventure, for me. Nice to remember what our vehicles are capable, and our adventure spirit as well. Thanks again for making my recovery go along smooth , it is stories like this you just cant find in Books. . Hope you have more for us all to read. All the best Rick. M

Howdy,
I was in contact with Scepter's head office, and was informed that Dave's Surplus in New Westminster will now be an authorized dealer for new Scepter jerry cans. I phoned them and spoke to Martin, who said they should be in in the next couple of weeks. They also have second hand one's for $14.99

*** Edit ***
Shipment has arrived, and they are priced at $49.99 if anyone is interested.
