New Disco owner in Kelowna :)

#1 Post by pathfinder » Mon Apr 09, 2007 11:06 pm

Hi all,

just purchased a '95 Disco yesterday and I'm itchin to start building it up. Pulled of the running boards today, also took off the front valance and cut the sides to match.

I'm in Kelowna, just wondering who you guys would suggest buying aftermarket parts through or do you figure I should just order online? And even then there are so many options...

The first order of business is OME HD springs (some say that's 2" others 2.5") and shocks and running something like 265/75R16 mud terrains. Seems to be a good size for the lift...opinions welcome! Then it'll be new rear driveshaft, bumper/winch, snorkel and roof rack! :).

Any advice anyone wants to send my way would be appreciated! I'm also looking to go wheeling with any local Rover owners in the Okanagan...let me know!

Yes it is! Can you please reduce the size of it and edit your post. Thanks.

You just missed a weekend of off-roading with us in Armstrong, but no worries, we'll do it again. Our next official outing is in late May, in the Spences Bridge area, which is pretty close by.

Dave
