My truck is coming along nicely.

I just thought I'd share a recent pic of my 90. A disco 200tdi has been shoe-horned into the space where my 2.5 N/A used to be.
I just need a few more days of sun before I can start her up.

Looking great Glenn!
It will be ready just in time for summertime wheeling.
Are you keeping a tab of the actual hours the conversion has taken thus far?

cheers,
Andy

You'll love it once its done. How is the clearance between the turbo and the steering?

Looks to be quite a bit of clearance with an engine in between the turbo and the steering!!!

Nudge, nudge, it is right hand drive Dave.

Tight fit.

Yes it is a right hand drive, I didn't want to have to be the smart-alec.

It was however a really tight fit for the exhaust downpipe between the turbo and firewall. I'm off on holidays in ten days but I'll bring it out when I get back towards the end of May (and when its done). Thanks for all the moral support over the past few months, My non land rover friends are sick of hearing about it, But I can always count or you guys!

SHE RUNS!!!!

Just in time for spring. I just need to get the exhaust on now. Perhaps some fine tuning.

The truck is relatively quiet considering it has no exhaust. (But my neighbours beg to differ.)

I'll post some photos soon.
