Skirting the bottom of Calgary Tuesday around noon on Highway 22X I saw a 109 3 door heading east. Was similar to John Deere green in colour.
The only Series Land Rover I saw on the entire trip (except driving past National 4x4)

22x
Dear Dave,
The 109 you saw on Highway 22x was me off to the city to sandblast some rims and axle casings. Were you driving an early Range Rover?
I waved to the Rangie but only got a blank look from the driver. I find that alot of Range Rover drivers think that their vehicle is the first product from Land Rover and don't have a clue as to their vehicle's historyand look at a series truck with a combination of disbelief and distane. Anyway how'd you like the paint job? It cost me exactly 13.50 with the paint sourced from Liquidation World!!! And yes it is John Deere green. Not going to win any awards but I should be seen coming from miles away.
Regards, Chris
