No winch yet, just looking for options.
I picked up a skookum winch bumper for $100 on my last disco. Just checking to see if there is anything else floating about before I do a hidden mount.
Did you just grab a winch tray and bolt to the under side of your frame rails? Any tips or pictures on doing a set up like yours?

I picked up a winch tray, and will be doing a discrete mount behind the stock bumper. Have a M8000lb winch, not super heavy duty, but I figure with a snatch block it’ll do fine.
