Left wing top and Headlight assembly replacement

I have a 2003 110 TD5 with top wing and front light assembly damage. I've purchased the components but am wondering if there's an "easy" way to remove just the top wing portion and the headlight surround, etc. without having to go through the whole wing removal. Thinking that rivnuts may help out in tight spaces. Thanks for any help. John

Hi John,

Unfortunately there is not an easy way but they do come apart into separate panels. (photo below from Rovers North).

Maybe another option is to repair the lights. Then knock out the fender top damaged are best you can and install top checker plates to cover the damaged area (with out even taking the fender apart).
